Leo Furcht, M.D., is Allen-Pardee professor and chairman of the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at the University of Minnesota Medical School. A former president of the Federation of American Societies of Experimental Biology (FASEB), he holds several key patents in the adult stem cell field.
William Hoffman has been a writer and editor in the University of Minnesota Medical School for 25 years. He has worked closely with faculty in genetics and bioengineering and with the medical technology and bioscience industries.
